Job Description:
Key Accountabilities:
1. This role is critical for resolution of customer reported faults and to ensure
the faults are resolved within SLA and avoid any service credits.
2. This Role requires interfacing with customer and Service providers for
fault management.This role also requires to work with internal teams during
incident management ensuring the faults are resolved
3. This role requires team work as it involves interfacing with CSC desk and
shift leads and other teams during fault management.
4. This role requires innovative way of troubleshooting.
5. Manage internal supports / service partners / vendors to resolve
circuit/network faults according to agreed 6. Local Work Instructions
7. Willing to work in shifts including night shifts.
8. Ability and eagerness to learn different technologies, skills and
knowledge.
9. Broad technical knowledge and ability to interpret this to the customer
level
Candidate Profile:
Education:
1. Any Degree with CCNA
2. Diploma / BE graduates with Telecom/Computer science background
3. CCNA/CCNP certifications
