1. Software Engineer Trainee is an entry level engineering position focused on design,
development,troubleshooting, and analysis of Syniverse products.

2. Analyze information to determine, recommend, and plan installation of a new system or
modification of an existing system.

3. Associate Software Engineer will Interact and learn the product and systems technical details,management of issues and all aspects of the respective role.

4. Provide best-in-class customer service and resolution to customer queries Ability to manage
multiple issues of differing stages of investigation and priority with minimal assistance.
