Job Description:

Requirements:

1. Maintain records of equipment failure following defined procedures.

2. Assist and with guidance from others escalate client problems according to
Established procedures.

3. Using network management tools under thedirection of more
experience staff, analyze network performance.

4. Analyze network performance to ensure adequate bandwidth for business needs.

5. Troubleshoot network problems on the campus network, remote locations and
country wide area network though to resolution, either supporting others
or by following standard procedures and practices.

6. Respond to monitor alarms to identify the root cause of an outage and coordinate the
corrective action in line with existing procedures and practices.

Candidate Profile:

1. Graduate or equivalent  with 0- 2  year experience.
