- Experience in dismantling/assembling desktops
- Trouble shooting skill on Windows 98/2000/XP/Vista/2003 & Knowledge on hardware assembling.
- Should have experience in Installation , Configuration
- Should have experience in trouble Shooting of Mail Clients (MS outlook& outlook express, Lotus Notes),
- Should have experience in MS Office Applications, Antivirus Clients - (Symantec, Kaspersky, McAfee etc
- Knowledge of RAS Remote connectivity Tools
- Knowledge of Networking (LAN)
- Installation & trouble shooting skill
- Should have sound Knowledge on Windows XP & Desktop HW
