Ability to write high-quality, testable, maintainable, and well documented code.
A proven track record of working effectively and efficiently in rapidly evolving environments.
Excellent communication skills, in particular the ability to break down and discuss complicated technical issues.
Should possess excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Be in a position to guide peers who are looking for help.
Good time management skills and should be able to meet deadlines independently.
Must be able to take inputs from various members of the team and contribute to the collective thought process of the enterprise.

Skills Requried:

Knowledge of software development process using AGILE Methodology.
Ability to hand-code W3C compliant and semantic HTML & CSS with an emphasis on CSS-driven page layouts. HTML5, CSS2&3 are an absolute must
High level of proficiency in Javascript and Dojo plus one or more of the following frameworks: Sencha, JQuery Mobile etc.
Experience in SQL Server DB, Integrated DB to support Product Data Management team, if required.
Should have worked on projects of more than 4000 hours of effort.
DotNet experience, with the ability to code in C#, C++ and/or VBScript is Mandatory.Sharepoint, Windows Workflow or DotnetNuke experience would be an advantage.
Mobile application development experience on iOS or Android welcome.
