Job Description :

1) Software Development :

Responsible for developing software for the project allotted to you or in case you are member of a team, which is been allotted a project, you would be responsible for developing the module allotted to you.
Coordination with the team member is utmost important during the execution of the project,
Smooth handing over of the work executed by one to another member in case of change of projects.
Expected to work on multiple projects.
Expected to meet the project dead line.
Expected to update your progress on the project on a weekly basis to your immediate superuisor.
Expected to adhere to coding guidelines.
Developing the software strictly as per the requirement specification.
Developing the software strictly as per the design.
Expected to develop bug free software.
Responsible for building a trouble-free system to the satisfaction of the customer.
Installation
Responsible for installation of hardware and software at customer site to their satisfaction.
Will be responsible for coordinating with the vendor and Manager - Sourcing to see that works done by the vendor is as per requirement specification.

2) Customer Support :

Responsible for providing suppoft to the customer.
Responsible for providing support on the system supplied by the Captronic Systems in the past as well as
present.
Attends to the support case within 48hrs(local) / 96hrs(outstation ) / 96hrs(out of warranty) of repofting.
Collects the Support Closure Report from the customer.
Submits Support Closure Report to SBU-Head.

Certification : CAD certified (mandatory). Aerospace experience would be an added advantage
